Yet again, Lindsay was back in court this morning (LA time) for a hearing to assess whether she violated the terms of her probation by not turning up to enough community service and therapy sessions.
The actress arrived in court but then waived her right to a hearing, immediately admitting she had indeed violated the terms of her probation,
Consequently she’s now been sent to jail for 30 days and has to surrender herself to the county jail by November 9th (she’s not allowed to serve her sentence under house arrest by the way, nor will she be allowed early release) after which she’ll have 270 days worth of community service (which she’ll be doing at the morgue, obviously) and therapy left to complete if she wants to avoid yet more time in the slammer.
Do you think she’ll be able to stick to the judges’ orders? Course she bloody won’t!
